During the last weekend of March, at around 10:30am, the SOS-MSF search and rescue ship Aquarius along with the Libyan coast guard, was alerted by the Italian Rescue Maritime Coordination Centre (IMRCC) that a rubber boat was in distress in international waters. In this third report, Filip Warwick follows the situation as it unfolds in the Aquarius bridge.
