This is one of a small group of very sacred drums going to a very special person.  The drums song is one to help you journey to a sacred location that I named "The Lodge of the North".  I was taken there one time in my earlier days and it is now one of the main sacred placed I ask people on journey to visit to meet with and talk with their Ancestors and Spirit Family.  Enjoy.

This is the lead sacred drum in a family of sacred drums I created for very special folks.  It is a very powerful drum and it has been amazing to watch its spirits interact with people I have worked with.  A very beautiful sacred drum.  enjoy the song.

November 2, 2023 at the home of Kim Thompson, admin of the Facebook group Shamanic Community of Louisville, Cincinnati & Atlanta, a wonderful Sacred Flute Prayer for Meditation was created as a collaboration between Jorge, Chuck Wilson and Kim Thompson.  The intent was to present to all that will listen a meditation prayer song that Jorge played on the sacred flute (Storystick) of mine that was created by Paul Nynhouse and gifted to me following our meeting at my first Pow Wow where I introduced the Wakan Drums, sacred drums, that I was asked to create back in 2019.

I met Jorge after he arrived to work with Kim, Don Eduardo and many others associated with the Shamanic Community of Louisville, Cincinnati & Atlanta here  in the Cincinnati area on October 27th 2023.  The inspiration came to me to ask Jorge and Kim if a healing/meditation Prayer could be recorded and presented for folks to sit with, go to their quiet mind meditation location in their personal Sacred Space and to ask for their spirit guides and spirit family to sit with them and share thoughts.  Jorge was gracious and wonderful to accept this request and after he held a Sacred Pipe Ceremony with me on November 2, we set up my sound gear and opened the sacred creation space so that Jorge and Storystick could bring forth the prayer Spirit asked for.

Enjoy the sacred flute prayer, meditate with it, share with others and many blessings to all, from all.

Greetings to everyone!
The attached mediation and/or journey drumming is presented so that you can sit back, lay back or assume a meditation pose and listen to the many, many voices that are part of my Bear Drum Freyja.  Begin you journey at your favorite spot, or, walk into the forest until you see the Ancient Lodge of the North where the Grandfathers, Grandmothers, Shamans, Healers, Tall People and our Ancestors can be found.  It is the North position in my Sacred Space.  Once inside, ask where your seat is and begin your conversation with the folks that are waiting for you.  The fire to your left is always lit and brilliant as it represents the Sentient Stars above.  Journey well. Aho,

In this podcast, I share why and how our sacred drums are unique and different from other drums.  Not only are the drum frames created using up to 24 different sacred wood species, but they represent many spirits, tribal ancestors, medicines and sacred connections that give each holder an integrated sacred drum.
