In this episode, Armelle talks about following the movement of life from within. She provides her professional training on how to encompass this idea in your everyday life. She highlights how everyone here on earth is a musician and that we all need to embrace who we are, and play our instrument as we were meant to do. In this episode, Armelle shares the importance of forgiveness and how it can play a hugely transformative role in your life. She shares about her experience with a recent run-in with a previous boyfriend. She highlights how they could not be there for each other because they were not there for themselves and that is the root cause of why the relationship did not last. They did not see each other for over 20 years – Armelle goes on to share about the reconciliation that eventually came between the two of them which led to her ability to let go of the hurt and feel the love again; and how she’s learned to use that in her other relationships in her life. She hopes that if she can do it, the whole world can do it. If everyone embraces the power of forgiveness, our world can truly be a better place.

In this episode, Armelle shares personal experiences from her past about overcoming pain by learning to stop resisting the pain and instead learning to surrender to it. It was in this surrendering and acceptance that she later was able to hear her inner voice and was able to begin listening to it.
