Missouri's governor has appointed Stanton Brothers Eggs co-owner Dustin Stanton as the new Boone County treasurer. Mr. Stanton was sworn-in during a brief Tuesday ceremony at the Roger Wilson Boone County Government Center. The 29-year-old Stanton joined us live on 939 the Eagle's "Wake Up Columbia" about 90 minutes before the announcement was made. His priorities include transparency and accountability.
