In this episode I talk about the realisation I had this week that Joy is not only my birthright (yours too!) but my superpower as well.  The more I lean into and allow myself to experience joy, the closer I feel to purpose and flow.

I think we all forget to make life fun at times.  We take things so seriously and we allow ourselves to be influenced by our perceived issues, rather than reconnecting to our own sense of joy and ease.

In this episode I share a little more of my story around what caused me to completely lose my faith back in 2013 and my journey back to faith.
