Leadership is a must in every business, regardless of the industry. This is a special episode that we recorded for a different podcast that we have, but we thought it would apply to urgent care clinics and other medical practices as well. We interviewed Isaac Russell from Success Plus Counseling to hear his story and get his insight on good leadership. Because at the end of the day, the leadership within your clinic will dictate the growth of your business and the overall experience your patients have!

This interview is unlike any other that we've done with Walk-Ins Welcome. While we normally talk to owners or marketing managers at clinics, this week, Nick and Michael got to sit down directly with a vendor in the industry. We're so excited to share with you this interview with Paul Hutchins, the Director of Business Development at Sense BioDetection.
At Sense, they believe that if you can test anywhere*, you can change everything. Sense is focused on creating unconstrained, instrument-free molecular diagnostic technologies that allow caregivers to open the care pathway to everyone – in a way that’s nothing short of revolutionary. They're currently working on a new device to help make COVID-19 testing (among other tests!) easier for the medical industry!
Learn more about the developments Sense is making in the industry by listening to this episode and checking out their website: https://sense-bio.com/ or [email protected]

In this week's episode, we're bringing you another incredible interview! Nick and Michael recently interviewed Anna Peacock, who currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Urgent Care for Children.
Since joining the company in 2019, she has spearheaded UC4C’s marketing, communication, public relations, and special events efforts across the Southeast for nearly three years. Prior to her tenure with the pediatric provider, Anna spent time in the field of journalism where she worked at the local and national levels before transitioning into the marketing space and receiving her master’s degree in communication management. When she’s not catching up on the latest news, she enjoys baking, advocating for brain tumor awareness, and going on walks with her husband and two pups.
You're not going to want to miss this awesome episode with Anna as she shares her story and the things she's learned along the way!

Social media can be overwhelming, especially in the fast-paced world of the urgent care industry. If you don’t have a predetermined plan, it can often get to the point where it’s overlooked, forgotten, or not well thought out. For this week's episode, we brought in our Internal Marketing Coordinator, Hannah Green, to share some tips and tricks on how to approach your social media. Hannah manages all of our internal social media and has previously handled our client's social media platforms as well so she's definitely learned a thing or two over the past.
