In this powerful episode, three amazing women - Maura Rassman-Gwiazda, Kenlyn Kolleen, and Doctor AMara - all connected by an incredible Australian Shepherd named Blue join Jenn to tell the incredible story of dogs who served as divine connectors and brought magic into their lives. Ann Redelfs was simply an amazing person, and is remembered as an absolutely incredible friend. In this episode, health and wellness coach Yvonne Myles joins Jenn to share about her friend Ann, who she lost in 2020 after 41 years of friendship. Yvonne talks about the loneliness and isolation of loss and how creating a documentary about Ann and her widespread impact served as a cathartic creation process that allowed her and others to stay close to Ann and keep her fully present in their lives. The documentary and this podcast episode are a love letter to Ann, a woman who would go to the ends of the earth to demonstrate her love. 

We usually publish episodes on Wednesdays, but this episode was published on September 13th, 2022 in honor of Ann Redelfs’ 65th birthday.
