Who are we once we strip ourselves of the titles we or society give us? We must be comfortable in the deep knowing of who we are without a relationship to title or job. I also share a very personal part of my identity loss journey.

Community and a sense of community can help us feel like we have a home to go to. Also community resides within us and how we treat others.

We have spent so much of our lives planning that we often miss living in the present moment. Covid-19 has shown us that all of our planning can be thrown away. I share some personal experiences of planning and seeking.
