Libby welcomes Nadya Okamoto, the co-Founder of August, a lifestyle brand working to reimagine periods to be powerful. This episode is an invitation to reflect on the shame that we as a society have put on menstruation and how we think and talk about it. Through August, Nadya encourages open conversations about periods and the importance of inclusivity and diversity in the menstrual health movement. 
Libby and Nadya first went for a walk together when Nadya attended Harvard, where they discussed her nascent project that would eventually become August. Destigmatizing Menstruation with August Co-Founder Nadya Okamoto
