Today we look at the story of Hagar, in Genesis 16. We see Hagar's mistreatment being put in a position she surely didn't ask to be in.... and in the midst of that the angel of the Lord directs her and blesses her. God is the God who sees us in the midst of our own hardships and is able to work on our behalf.

Jesus told us that we would have trouble in this world, but he also tells us to "not lose heart" for He has overcome the world. So what does that mean? It means that we remain hopeful and that we do not give up.

In our christian walk we will all come to a crossroad where we must choose to move forward in faith, or shrink back in fear. Today’s episode takes you to the book of Exodus, where Moses and the Israelite’s are about to cross the Red Sea, and they too must make that choice. 

God is faithful to take get you to where He wants you to go, but you must choose to believe Him, and take action in faith.
