In today's episode I am having a honest conversation about how in today's world it is so easy to become fearful.  Especially, if you have ever experienced any type of trauma, our brain can catastrophize situations in our mind. However, God promises us that He will never leave us or forsake us. He promises that He is always faithful and that He is a GOOD father. When we lean into who God is and allow Him to show us His love, we can remain secure.

There are many things that can steal our peace of mind. As we grow in our relationship with God, He will no doubt call us into a deeper trust walk with Him and even ask us to believe Him for something that by human-standards seems illogical. 

In today's episode I share some encouraging words about how God will bless our obedience, looking at Luke chapter 3. We are also reminded that when we seek His will first, He will take care of everything else (Matthew 6:33).

In today's episode we are looking at the story of the twelve spies that went to spy out the promised land. This story is found in Numbers chapters 13-14 if you'd like to take a deeper look, but what I want to focus your attention to is that ten of the spies had a negative report, and only two (Caleb and Joshua) were confident in taking the land that God had already promised them.

So many time we can look at our present situations and give our attention to the "bad report", I want to challenge you today to spend time with the Lord and ask Him for His report instead- and lean into that. We have the choice as to what we want to believe...let's not miss out on all that God has promised us by believing the lie. Instead, let us move forward in confidence of what God has said, and who we are in Him.
