Ephesians | Week 16 | Having taken us into the glory of Jesus Christ that Paul unfolds in chapters 1-3, Darrell now describes Paul’s charge to live worthy of all that Jesus Christ has done. To do this, we aren’t called to “apply”, but rather to navigate the reality of these first three chapters. The application of the gospel is to move out of our own lives and into the life of the Triune God. Because of all Jesus did in his baptism, life, death, and resurrection, we are all united together under his Lordship and invited into a new life together.
