I share personal reflections of facing the familiar pull of my nervous system back towards familiar patterns that deceitfully feel safe, even when it isn’t where you want to be. I explore the tension between human desire for comfort and your soul’s drive for expansion and growth, and how disruption often carries the very lessons we’ve been ignoring.
