Today we're looking into reports that Ukrainian forces are pushing back in northern Pokrovsk as Russia masses as many as 155,000 troops there to try to take the city. We have some new footage out of the area showing that, at least the northern portions, are really still contested in terms of coming under drone fire.

Zelensky is ready for elections

After Trump said Ukraine needs to have elections, Zelensky said 'ok'.  That promptly threw Russia into  frustration as they quickly decided to move the goalposts arguing that Zelensky isn't legitimate but also they can't hold elections like this. This also is frustratingly Trump arguing against his own interests as he tries to secure a ceasefire deal by Christmas.

Looks more and more like Ukraine may have to choose between the US and Europe

Today we're looking into the ongoing peace talks between Russia and Ukraine where we're seeing two competing theories emerge. The lives of soldiers and civilians have already been lost

Fighting has resumed between Thailand and Cambodia as both sides accuse the other of initiating the violence. Thailand says they will continue the fight until their country is no longer threatened and has stated that the recent ceasefire deal is void. Public opinion differs from current policy 

Today we're looking into the ongoing Russia-Ukraine peace talks and how that doesn't really align with the view of the US population in terms of supporting Ukraine.  For this we have the newly released Reagan National Defense Survey that is linked below for reference.  We also have what appears to be a continuing rift between the United States and Europe as the Wall Street Journal argues that forcing Ukraine to give up territory in these peace talks, could actually spark nuclear proliferation among our allies.

These numbers are shocking

Today we're looking into the ongoing tragedy unfolding in Sudan where now an estimate 60,000 people have been murdered by the Rapid Support Forces over the last six weeks. We also now have satellite imagery showing what appears to be burn pits where the RSF is destroying evidence of this massacre.
