Jacki explains that the current war between Russia and Ukraine was foreseeable and preventable, and the peaceful way out...All it takes is the right energy policy. - - - - - Then, Dan Kish, Distinguished Fellow of the Institute for Energy Research and 25-year veteran of Capitol Hill’s energy-regulation committees talks war, America’s ability to counter war with oil and gas production, how ESG investment criteria has exacerbated Europe’s problems, and what our energy looks like in the future. - - - - - Finally, Jacki interviews Sheriff Jim Skinner of Collin County, TX and Sheriff Bill Waybourn of Tarrant County (Ft. Worth) about the new front for the “War on Drugs.”  Since 2020, the Dallas – Ft. Worth Metroplex saw a 485% increase in fentanyl related deaths. These overdoses are not what you think. Rather than affecting the opioid drug-addicted population, these are accidental overdoses from the lacing of what appears to be legal, prescription drugs – usually bought online or from foreign sources – or the lacing of recreational drugs like marijuana or cocaine. Please share this podcast with your friends, children, and grandchildren so that they do not fall victim to this trend of fentanyl entering nontraditional sources.
