Israel knows, and all military experts agree, that the most important component of eliminating Hamas’s power involves taking one road situated on the border between Gaza and Egypt. It is called the Philadelphi Road! This will allow Israel to close the Hamas tunnels in the area, limit the flow of major armaments and prevent the terrorists from escaping the Gaza Strip. 

So why hasn’t it happened yet? Why is Israel hesitating?
