The Irish Tourism Industry Confederation (ITIC) is calling for increased Government spending, as well as the restoration of the 9% hospitality VAT rate in order to boost tourism. Jerry spoke to Pat O’Leary, who represents the Kerry Tourism Industry Federation on the ITIC Council, and Adrian Cummins of the Restaurants’ Association of Ireland who’s on ITIC’s board of directors.
