What a wacky time we had chatting about SpiderMan Homecoming. The first of the Spiderman outings in the MCU, the 6th live-action spiderman to date. This episode focused a little less on the War and trauma aspects, and a lot more on the comedy.

This week on the WarPorn podcast, Pat disassociates an hour into the first take and forces Gene to start the whole thing over. Furious after watching the Senate acquit the former president after a week of grueling testimony, the anger bled into the episode and took the reigns.

A discussion of Cancel Culture, after "Star Wars Lady's" contract ended by Disney, discussions of how Veterans are treated like the 'other' in america, and a little bit about Iron Man 2. This episode shows some of the darker side of PTSD.

This week on the WarPorn podcast, Pat has a panic attack and is mean to Gene. Thank's John Favreau! The WarPorn crew tackled Iron Man this week, and that IED scene that started the movie set Pat spiraling. Listen as we unpack what that was like, the various other trauma responses that Tony Stark shows in the movie, and as always. Some goofs and gaffes. 

What a time to be alive. An active serving congresswoman of the United States believes the California wildfires were started by secret jewish space lasers, and the WarPorn crew can't stop talking about it.

This week we tackled Thor Ragnarok. One of Pat's favorite movies, and one that Gene has never seen. Will this be another case of Iron Giant? No, gene liked the movie fine. But that didn't stop them from getting off task and getting into the themes of the movie with some personal stories.

Gene finally tell the story of surviving brain cancer, Pat relates thor's journey to his own with depression. And as always, too long war stories, and a lot of goofs in between.

We watched Thor: The Dark World, I swear. We both did. All the way through. I mean, Pat has seen it so many times. That didn't stop the WarPorn crew from talking about anything but. 

We cover mental health. The privledge and pain of getting a diagnosis. Some war stories, some personal stories. It's one of our best episodes yet, and for maybe like a 20 minutes we mention the movie we were there to discuss.

Welcome to another special episode of the WarPorn podcast where instead of turning our critical eye on a movie, we turn it on the people attacking us online. Pat has a feud with a clothing company, Gene is beset by critics on his Tiktok. Like any two comedians with a podcast, we discuss 'cancle culture' and bullying online. Along with a lot of goofs. 

This week has been insane, so Gene drove up early to record a special episode of the podcast to discuss everything that's happened over the last few days.

We wanted to put this out as quickly as possible, so it has minimal editing, just a raw few hours of talking things out. We hope you all get something from it, it was certainly cathartic for us.
