How to use actors, dancers, singers and any other performers involved in a successful way to create a wonderful show. There are some worthy learning points here, for aspiring and experienced directors and choreographers. This advice coming from someone with over 35 years experience in the industry, having worked across the board in all avenues.

Ines was raised in Chicago with immigrant parents.  Her mother is Russian, her father is Latvian, her first language growing up was Latvian.  A classically trained dancer, lead to modelling and then to theater while at Northwestern University.  She has always been in front of the camera or on stage, most comfortable there creating characters and telling stories.

Ines speaks Mandarin fluently and can read as well.  She spent two years in Taipei learning the language and then two years at Hong Kong University obtaining a certificate in Mandarin proficiency, reading, writing, and speaking.  She has worked with many mainland China actors including Li Yifeng, Wang Chuanjun, Li Tingting, George Hu, and Aarif Lee (Li Zhiting)


She has been very fortunate to have worked with some talented actors and directors in the industry including Joe Pytka, Xu Jing Lei, Miguel Ferrer, Tiger Chen, Keanu Reeves, and Sidse Babett Knudsen.  Mostly recently she has worked with director Lulu Wang and actors Awkwafina, Tzi Ma, and Diana Lin in "The Farewell" and for a second time with Emily Ting in her film "Go Back to China".

Pop - dance singer, song - writer, international : Eliz Baya is an emerging artist using her voice to tell stories while making people dance. A female solo artist influenced by her acting background who expresses herself through her lyrics and music.

Eliz Baya is of a Slovakian descent with many years based in London that influenced her multicultural thinking and shaped her voice while playing live and touring internationally. Her new journey is undoubtedly influenced by modern era pop music with influences from Scandinavian and UK pop artists.

Played Leatherface for the 2003 remake of Texas Chainsaw Massacre and got first kill in then got hurt and replaced.. I have done a lot of movies under makeup and love it. I love horror so much it's why I started acting...Hosted the popular drag racing tv show Pass Time On Speed channel for 5 years.. Have been the voice of Monster Garage throughout its life on Discovery Channel the past 20 years and just came back to do it again after a 14-year absence of the show on the air. Have been the voice for Bad Boy Mowers for 18 years for all of their commercials and events...

I have been a regular on shopping TV network QVC since 2006 and I currently present a range of beauty brands here in the UK and also in Italy. In more recent years, this work has taken me to QVC US and Germany too which has been a lot of fun (and airmiles!). I no longer travel to the States but I just love being based in my home country and in Europe.

In 2009 I trained as a life coach specialising in wellbeing and empowerment and I absolutely loved it.
Originally, I am from a small town in North Yorkshire and although I moved to London aged 20, I still feel my northern roots are strong. I love to visit my family regularly and to get out into the beautiful countryside as often as I can. My other passions are yoga and taking trips with my lovely hubby – and of course, catching up with girlfriends over a cuppa (or glass of wine) you can’t beat it!

Tom Stone is a musician, events host and entrepreneur based in London, UK.  Having studied saxophone at the prestigious Royal Academy of Music he built up a live music business providing bands and performances for events across the globe.  Countries that Tom’s bands have performed in include: Iceland, USA, India, Singapore, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Greece and Denmark.

Recently Tom has added a new element to his arsenal of entertainment options, and developed various online event formats to keep his audiences entertained now that so many events are taking place virtually.  Ranging from live music quizzes to TV style gameshow formats, Tom has created a unique way of delighting audiences - and now there’s no need to travel to reach them all across the globe!

Michael Sharmon is originally from Australia, and has worked in the worlds of Television, Radio, Film and Theatre.
He studied Speech and Drama for film and television at the NSW Conservatorium. Writing, at the The University of East Anglia, and in 2016, he was selected as the Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connections; Emerging Director and part of the experience included traveling to the UK in the Summer of 2016, to further his studies as a director at LAMDA; and then returning to Hong Kong to direct “Jane Eyre” for the company. He has since directed productions of “Theseus and the Minotaur”, “The Secret Garden”, and “Pygmalion”.
Michael is one of the founders of Golden Voice Entertainment, along with his business partner Sandra Waters. He has written two original musicals, “Auditions” which was performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and “Arabian Dreams” which had it’s premiere in Hong Kong in September 2018. He also wrote the play “Lions Typhoons and Judy, Oh My!” about Judy Garland, which premiered in Hong Kong in June 2018.
As an actor Michael has performed the roles of Malvolio in “Twelfth Night”, Passepartout in “Around the World in 80 days” and Javert in “Les Miserables”. He had the privilege of performing with the City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong in their Annual performance of the “Snowman and the Bear” in 2018, and other roles include Oberon in “A Midsummer Night's Dream”, “Hamlet” in Shakespeare’s famous tragedy, and Jacob Marley in “A Christmas Carol”.
In 2019 he performed at the Compassion Awards which was broadcast on Phoenix TV.

 In 2020 Michael created an online Podcast through Golden Voice Entertainment, called Musical Story Time which is now available on all popular, social media platforms.

I studied contemporary dance at Middlesex University and afterwards gained a Masters in Professional Performance from Millennium Dance theatre school.  I had many wonderful experiences in my 20’s, touring Italy with Fame the musical, working with contemporary dance choreographer Darshan Singh Bhuller on a personal acting project of his, performing with Caburlesque on Britain’s Got Talent and reaching the semi finals. Working as a body double/stand in for Ginny Weasley in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Parts 1 & 2) was a highlight.

I ended up working as a nanny and a music teacher in between performances and auditions.  Jobs with children kept coming thick and fast, and when I made the decision to stop auditioning I worked for Gymboree, Monkey Music and Tick Tock Music as well as being a nanny for families with babies as young as 4 weeks old.

I went back to college to study child development further.  I obtained the role of Health Visitor Assistant as well as volunteering at The Bridge School, for children with special needs in the music department.  I also volunteered as a family visitor for the charity Home Start.

I have been a baby massage instructor for 5 years now.  I have also become something of an entrepreneur in managing to work a few businesses on the go, meaning I could also use my creativity and go back to what I love without the pressure to earn a living from just performing.  For example, I set up a covers band called The Clicks, I was singing in a restaurant for a long while, I have now created my own music curriculum amalgamating all of the best bits I’ve learned along the way.

I trained as a Singing Mamas Choir Leader in 2017 and have found a new vocation!  Bringing song into peoples’ hearts and homes.  With this certification, and the rest of my skills, I moved back home to Liverpool in 2018 and set up my own business called Holistic Harmonies.  Our mission is to use the creative arts for the wellbeing of families, neighbours and the community.

Holistic Harmonies was granted Community Interest Company status in August 2020 and we are blasting off into the heights of sharing our work with the community now we’re able to apply for government grants.  This work was kicked off with a project called The Travelling Carol Singing Trio who did a tour of Liverpool during December 2020, bringing festive cheer to the doorsteps of isolated individuals and organisations.
