When we begin making changes to improve our health and/or lose weight, often we are so motivated. We had to be motivated in the first place to even start making changes, right?! After time, our motivation wanes and can disappear completely.

Often, we hold onto resentment against ourselves for past mistakes and we forget to forgive ourselves. Also, we may not know how to learn from our past choices, forgive ourselves and move on. The resentment we hold onto for ourselves keeps us stuck.
