She looks back on being a sensitive child to protect her sibling and she also tells the story of how her body was processing the trauma as she resides in the area where 9/11 happened. She further shares on how to maximize your energy to heal yourself, the beauty of clairvoyance, and the importance of grounding where you think of yourself like a tree.

Tiffany is a clinician and researcher of subtle energy, biofield therapies and energy psychology. With her wide use of various subtle energy devices along with her spiritual and intuitive guidance, she serves as an integrative practitioner working alongside medical doctors, naturopaths, osteopaths and allied professionals.
She received her Masters of Theology in Energy Medicine with special emphasis in Medical and Spiritual Counseling from Holos University Graduate Seminary and was personally mentored by the school’s founders, Drs. C. Norman Shealy and Caroline Myss.
Her novel thesis topic earned her honors and recognition amongst peers and scholars who equally desire the reunion of Science and Spirit.

He is one of the most accomplished Ayurvedic physicians in the US and the lead faculty at several Arabic institutions worldwide.

This episode’s conversation is about yoga for the home or the very ancient science of Vastu Shastra where I talk with Michael Mastro, one of the foremost practitioners of yoga for the home.
Vastu is a sister science to Ayurveda and Jyotisha. Michael further shares how these three sciences aim at balancing the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space. Michael also talks about how Vastu is also all about living in harmony with nature, in your environment, and how energy gets stuck if things aren't organized in our environment.

In this episode, I talk to Nirupama and Rajendra—two of India’s foremost classical dancers who hail from a family of educationalist artists. We discuss traditional dance, specifically Natya Shastra, and how it was created for the sole purpose of entertainment but also drives messages and values for people to get a sense of solace and relief.
Nirupama and Rajendra also share how Indian dance is presented through the four modes of communication which are the physical representation, verbal representation, make-up and costumes, and then pure emotions using Natya Shastra as a text for all the theater forms of India such as dance and music.
In addition, they also discuss how Navarasa—which refers to the nine expressions that humans often show—is expressed in dance form. Lastly, Nirupama and Rajendra mention how dance has affected India for the last five years.
