    Dr. Lynn Marie Morski is a physician, attorney, and lifelong quitter. In this episode she shares her story—growing up with an uber strict, right-wing father but gave her freedom to make decisions for herself, learning dance as a kid, studying multimedia in graduate school, pivoting to medical school to financially secure her future, becoming an attorney, and making the decision to stop living in fear which led her to discovering plant medicine.

    Dr. Morski also talks about the medicinal benefits of Ayahuasca, CBD, Creatine, Kambo, Ketamine, LSD, Mescaline, and Psilocybin.

    Dr. Lynn Marie Morski is a Mayo Clinic-trained physician in family medicine with specialty training in sports medicine.

    After graduation from sports medicine fellowship, Dr. Morski began work as a physician at the Veterans Administration, and then later began law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA, where she graduated as valedictorian in December 2014. She was admitted to the California Bar in June 2015.

    She wrote the book Quitting by Design and also hosts the podcast Quit Happens.

    Leah Russell is a movement enthusiast and a certified acro yoga instructor. She has taught at some of the world's largest workshops such as AcroLove in San Diego and Miami, and in Divine Plain Jamaica and Perth, Australia.

    I interview Travis Brewer and Leah Russell and we talk about their secret to a youthful mind and body, their personal and spiritual journeys, and the pivotal moments in their lives which led them to be passionate about movement, acroyoga, and spirituality.

    Travis and Leah also share how to get into a flow state and divine play, their vision and mission for the world in the time of the coronavirus, and the incredible resilience story of a friend named Charles Ryan or CR.

    In the time of the coronavirus pandemic where schools are being closed and are transitioned to online classes, Melissa Painter shares her experience on collaborative virtual workspaces and collaborative practices.

    Melissa also talks about her journey as a transmedia storyteller—from MFA at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts to designing 5D workspaces, transitioning from long-form narrative filmmaking to short-form documentaries and eventually wanting to design real-world solutions.

    She further discusses her vision for the world in the advent of AI and spatial computing, making a radical choice which changed her trajectory, founding Breakthru—a platform of immersive wellbeing experiences for the workplace, and how she sees the future of education and healthcare.

    Melissa Painter heads MAP Lab. She has deep experience in narrative design, augmented and virtual reality, content strategy, interaction design, storytelling, both cinematic and live, and in leading large and small teams in creative collaboration. As a filmmaker, her films have premiered at Sundance, Cannes, The New York Film Festival, SXSW, and Telluride. She is also co-author of the book Edie Sedgwick, Edie: Girl on Fire.
