n this episode I have the pleasure of spending time with designer Sascha, founder of Kova by Sacsha who was born and raised in Siberia, Russia. Surrounded by the entrepreneurial spirit she watched as her grandmother made fur hats by hand, and sell them at the local market in the freezing weather.

At 19 years old, Sascha migrated to the US where her work ethic, passion and drive led her down a path that brought her talents in marketing and fashion into jawdroppping, wearable art.
