We’re being invaded by Guest Host, Friend, and roomie , Sharnette! Episode 3 wasn’t action packed, however, some big reveals were dropped OMG!! We’re seeing a more vulnerable side of Nic… we mean Fury.. so much that he’s having to go on an apology tour with his allies! There’s a lot of betrayals , a lot more questions, a major death(?) , SUPER SKRULLS and we’re only getting backstory on Fury but possibly Jazz in this bonus episode!

Happy 4th of July listeners! We weren’t in rush to bring you this review but just like the Flash, we’re right on time! This is the FIRST DC review we have done, so we had to jump into our most authentic Nerds selves! Jazz tells us how she feels about Bat-fleck. Jason compares the CW Flash speed force to the look of the Flash movie speed force, and we talk about the use of CGI instead of archived footage. We discuss our favorite SPEEDSTER movement. Why spaghetti was a plot point , who explained the Multiverse and Time travel the best, The usage of the “F” bomb and plenty more. And of course , WAS IT GOOD THOUGH?!

Jackson is showing why he is the great that he is but his opposite Kingsley Ben-Adir (Gravik) is no slouch by any means! On this episode we're discussing Gravik's back story, Fury others secrets, SUPER SKULLS, how we're feeling about our picks for who we couldn't trust, and so so much more!

It’s Tuesday and we’re back to our regular schedule programming, with special guest Dev and Brandon! We are here with episode 55, a highly anticipated movie of the year and review for us, of “The Blackening!”

And just like the movie, we kept the same energy and we kept it Black Af! Can we get an AMEN!? First question, in the song “Woman to Woman” by Shirley Brown, who were the two women!? Brandon held it down early for the gang but we get in to the comedy of it all! The horror tropes used within the movie , how the gang would’ve done with the movie questions … how do you handle the question “Who all going to be there !” Brandon brings up his iPhone in a movies conversation again , the last time we drank kool aid , is ginger-ale medication, and much much more! And of course the reason we are here! WAS IT GOOD THOUGH!!

We’re discussing, theorizing, and debating everything within this series, is Fury still that guy? Who, as a viewer , we can and CAN’T be trust right now, how villainous is Gravik, will G’iah will join forces with Fury team and much more !

This week we’re reviewing a movie with the same name but a completely different story, White Men Can’t Jump! We compare this movie to the original, we also see a lot positive relationships that push this story forward that have to be highlighted. We have another Lance Reddick sighting. There are a few iconic scenes too big not to be redone that were added into the movie , we discuss if they fit and how they hold up to the original film. Jason ask Jazz do women think about what music they’re playing when they pull up on men, the same way men do? Jazz informs the NAAC(P) doesn’t want us in Florida! And the most important this of all, was this remake good though?!

Episode 53 is all about FAMILY! Yes the WIGTP crew has seen the latest installment in the Fast and The Furious franchise and is ready to hold the Fast Family accountable! The crew is also celebrating our 1 year anniversary with day one listener, day one friend and family, special guest Crystal!
