Smoked Apple Cinnamon Sour (From The Uncle Nearest website)
2oz Uncle Nearest 1856
.75 Smoked Apple Cinnamon Syrup
2-3 Dash of Orange Bitters
.5oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Aquafaba
Dried Orange Wheel
Add Liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker without ice. Dry Shake for 10 seconds, add ice and shake again 8-10 seconds. Double Strain into a chilled glass, Garnish with dried orange wheel.

5 Oz Premium Tonic Water
3 Cucumber Slices
Black Pepper
HOW TO BUILD-
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice
Lightly stir and serve
Garnish with 3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber and a twist of black pepper

Yield: makes 1 Cocktail
Ingredients- (including our changes)
1 oz. bourbon
1 oz. fresh ginger juice
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. Hendricks Orbium gin
1⁄2 oz. Agave
Cucumber slice, for garnish
Instructions
Combine bourbon, juices, gin, honey, and 3 ounces water in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake vigorously and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with cucumber slice.
