Watch It Like...

This week we are joined by Allison Powell, director, actress, producer.  We talk X-Men: Dark Phoenix and how it wraps up the Fox run with these beloved characters.  We also get distracted periodically by the NBA Finals, sorry not sorry.

This week we have two major reviews for you.  First, we are checking out Godzilla: King of the Monsters.  Is there enough monsters punching other monsters?  Not enough?  Too much?

Second, we are reviewing Rocketman.  The Elton John biopic is the latest in a recent trend of British music biopics.  How does it stack up against Bohemian Rhapsody, the most recent major example?

We also open up with a bit of sports talk.  Bear with us, it's the NBA Finals!!!

This week we try to tackle three separate movies.  There's a lot to enjoy in all of these movies.  We also talk about the shows we are currently binging since GoT ended.

Second part for this week.

We are talking John Wick 3: Parabellum.  How does this compare to the previous entries in the franchise?  What world are they creating?  Is there too much murder or not enough?  Who had the most satisfying death?

We also give our opinions on the rumored casting of Robert Pattinson as Batman.  We trademarked it and everyone who uses #pattman are copycats.

2-parter this week!!!

In our first episode, we are breaking down the series finale of Game of Thrones.  What was there to love?  What did we not enjoy?  What's to come from the spin-offs?  We sound off and let our opinions be known.  Did you like how it ended?  Let us know.

This week we are joined by our good friend, Rob Fenoglio.  He couldn't wait to talk Pokemon: Detective Pikachu with us.  We also spend a considerable amount of time discussing the latest episode of Game of Thrones.  Was Dany's heel-turn warranted?  How dumb is Jon Snow?  What happens next?  The one thing we can all agree on is this was the best episode of the season, which isn't saying much.

This week we are getting a much needed palette cleanser after the emotions of Avengers: Endgame.  Danny decided to check-out "El Chicano" and Darryl went decided to put himself through "Ugly Dolls."  How did they both hold up?

What should you expect going into each movie?

We also talk about the frustrations with the latest episode of Game of Thrones.  What did you think?

This also marks the first episode of Season 2 of Watch It Like.  Great things are in store this year.

It's been 1 year since we started this adventure and to celebrate Marvel coordinated their releases of Infinity War and Endgame to help us celebrate, hahaha.

This week, we are talking Game of Thrones and Endgame.  This was quite possibly the biggest nerd celebration weekend ever.  What did we get right in our predictions?  How close were we to guessing some of the surprises?  What are the greater implications of this final Avengers chapter?

Thank you all who have supported us and listened as we found our footing in this fun project.
