This week, we welcome Sage's daughter Madelyne to the show where the girls chat about the resilience, independence, and empowerment of the next generation of women.  Madelyne shares what it's like growing up in Santa Monica, California - from having trouble finding a job to getting a new car and hanging out with rival high schools in Malibu, Brentwood and Venice; from taking surfing lessons for PE class to stalking your best friend's first date.  Her experiences as a 16 year old are surprisingly not that far off from the 40-somethings.  And, as the kids say these days, it's all just a little cunty.

Emily's brand new relationship with DJ Shrooms unexpectedly hit a bump in the road.  She's noticed how at the 3 month mark, men tend to pull away and stop communicating.  After consulting with Sage and downloading an AI manifesto on how men think, the girls are much wiser and share their tips on how to speak a man's language and how communication styles differ woman to woman, and friend to friend.

Oops!  ICYMI - we missed a drop.  Sometimes, life gets in the way.  And other times, life just falls a part.  While Emily took a much needed but unaffordable trip to the Caribbean, Sage got herself addicted to the Netflix show The Vikings (even though it has been rated one of the worst series ever on Reddit).  While both ladies really needed a respite, the real reasons for skipping a drop were due to another round of setbacks - including job losses for both of them (yet again) and some early unexpected bumps in Emily's newly budding relationship with the DJ.
