Democracy Forward has filed a lawsuit accusing the Trump administration of unlawfully withholding records related to the president's 2020 election fraud claims. The lawsuit seeks documents from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the FBI and the Justice Department under the Freedom of Information Act.
