Holy frak! What an episode that was! We were not expecting "Training Day" to be one of the strongest eps of the season but here we are. And to make it even better, we were left with the most tantalizing promo for the next episode to come along since the 3x20 first dropped. Stephen Amell shared some huge and somewhat devastating news with fans today: Arrow would be ending after 10 episodes in season 8. That means we're looking down the last 18 episodes of the whole show and Jen and Calli have some thoughts about it.
