One guy, one paddleboard, cleaning up the Potomac River via SUP. Joe the SUP Garbage Man shares his stories of what kind of odd finds float his way. He has a positive view point on his adventures in trash finding. So far to date he has collected 4.5 dumpsters of trash out of the river. He uses his instagram account to show case the finds in a very creative fashion. The message he shares is very worthy and a reminder that we can all make a difference in our own way.

Coaches, surrounding community, and services that pitch in to build up women through a women’s empowerment workshop call Project 2. They walk us through the 2 day event and what it includes for the ladies participating.

Through the participation they find that all the ladies learn from each other. The community shows up and supports the mission from food, clothing, and dry cleaning. A true team bonds and pure intentions making it all come together successfully.
