- Nothing is worse than feeling stuck, or out of control and like you have no way to deal with it. On this episode we look at developing an alternative response to what you're experiencing that allows a new set of creative options. Consider that whatever situation you are in there is probably a pattern based reaction that you will have to it, or anything else like it... and this will be relatively the same time and time again. This is in many ways your learned response to certain events based on a previously determined judgement of what you think it means. In other words, if you decide something is negative you will look to confirm why that is. By instead saying "thank you" to the experience you may find a solutions based response that fuels you with gratitude and excitement. It's a counter-intuitive response that can work wonders.

- If you are going to do something, really do it. Do it fully. Commit to it and follow through with the action all the way... because there is a quality of life for giving all yourself to whatever you are doing. Sometimes we have to do a task that isn't our first choice, but if you are going to do it you may as well do it well. You only lose when you do things half-way. Find out what you are made of in every little action you take and it will benefit you in your life in a profound way.
