Liminal space is a void of sorts; a place of neither here nor there; a psychic ocean without a compass or even stars to offer guidance.
This video is simply of me reading the blog post I published about 'Wayfinding' (navigating) through liminal space. I hope you find something of value in it. That is all.
You can read the blog post here: https://kristiamdahl.com/wayfinding-t...
If you're interested in Wayfinding coaching (I love working with Gen-X and Millennial hippies!), please go to: https://kristiamdahl.com/wayfinding/
This video is simply of me reading my latest blog post with the same title.

It’s time to take up space, sister.
Clairvoyant Master Healer, Teacher, and Energy Coach Djali Vesela and I have a fascinating conversation about how she got into energy work, how you can access your intuition using energy tools, and more. Energy work is a fascinating field, and this episode has something for you whether you're new or have been around the proverbial block.
Djali lives in Prague and emanates a kind of confidence that I rarely see in women. She's warm, playful, and inviting. She laughs, doesn't take herself too seriously, and is very transparent. I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did! If Djali didn't have another commitment, we probably would have kept going for another hour!
Oh, I have to tell you that I attended one of Djali's energy clearing sessions the day after our recording. Friends, it was amazing! I highly recommend checking this low-cost offering out. Link below.

In this episode, psychotherapist and transformation strategist Heidi Gruss and I talk entrepreneurship, transformation, and everything in between! While Heidi generally works with female entrepreneurs, this is a very relevant conversation for EVERYONE! We tackle subjects that female entrepreneurs - especially those who are building families - face like the illusion of "balance," overwhelm, blocks, confidence, intuition, and so much more!
We also talked about Heidi's Transformation Methodology, which she created to be a simple yet strategic methodology for her clients to help them build belief and confidence in themselves. She shares how patterns and emotional blocks keep showing up in our lives and how she can help clients work through them so that they can achieve the successes that are important to them.
I really loved our chat about her morning rituals, which includes celebrating wins, practicing gratitude, and setting intentions. Honestly, I adored our entire conversation and am struggling to summarize it. This is an episode I plan to listen to again and again because there is simply so much gold in it, and I do hope that you'll tune in!

In this episode, mindset and high-performance coach Adrienne Grace and I talk about goal-setting, her mentor Bob Proctor, and all kinds of “woo” things that you wouldn’t expect to hear from a former VP of sales in the investment world.
Speaking of, Adrienne is a CFA (for all of you non-finance folks, that’s like a gold-standard achievement in the investment management industry) who left her lucrative career to become a coach. Within a year, she built a 6-figure coaching business by applying the principles that she coaches on - a business where she helps her clients set & achieve their own big, beautiful OMG goals.
I hope that you enjoy this episode!

Have you ever "searched" for your purpose? Like, have you asked yourself the question "What is my purpose?" Well, I've spent more than 20 years of my life pondering this question, and I have some thoughts about it that I share with you in today's episode. Just a note that the first minute or so after the intro is a bit slow, but I promise that it picks up quickly!
The biggest takeaway is that I believe strongly that every single one of us has a purpose. And, that even the most committed of us on this journey to fulfill our callings will likely express them in different ways throughout our lives. And so, today's episode is about the difference between purpose and its current expression - its "job title."
Now, these are my current ponderings on this subject, and they may change over time! One benefit I see to holding the belief I share today is that it reduces the pressure to find our one "right" thing; that it gives us permission to explore different ways we can fulfill our callings. And, that by differentiating what our purpose is from its "job title," we free ourselves to honor our callings even when we're doing work that doesn't speak to our hearts.

In this episode, ICF certified life coach and energy coach Megan Seams shares with us how she went from crisis mode to building an inspired and beautiful life. Megan's traveled the world, started three businesses, and just bought a one-way ticket to Scotland! This is a conversation you won't want to miss!
We cover a lot of ground in this episode, but I really want to highlight the part of our conversation that dives into Human Design (HD). I'm fairly new to HD, but I recently had a reading and it blew my mind just how well it described me, my personality, and my life! I felt understood in a way that I never before have, and so to have a guest who's so well-versed in HD and integrates it into her life and coaching is a serious treat! You'll definitely want to skip down to the bottom of the show notes for a link to Megan's free Human Design roadmap.
About Megan Seamans:

You’ll find Megan sharing her joy and wisdom on places like Tiny Buddha, Elite Daily, and numerous podcasts. She’s currently rooted in Winter Park, Florida but is often found catching a one way ticket to somewhere new!

In this episode, three-time author, podcaster, and otherwise very multi-dimensional human being Helen M Ryan shares with us how her desperation became a powerful catalyst for change.
She shares with us her story about how she came to put everything in storage and spent more than a year traveling the world. She also shares how she handled great financial uncertainty during her travels, and how she navigates fear, decision-making, and life in general.
Helen is a poster child for resilience and is incredibly inspiring, and I hope that you enjoy this episode and getting to know her as much as I did!
About Helen M Ryan:
Helen M. Ryan believes that life is about change and trying new things. She's taken big leaps - some successful, some not. Helen is the author of three books, has a walking podcast, and has travelled the world as a middle-aged digital nomad.

Do you ever feel like you're not in the driver's seat of your life? That things keep happening to you? This is what the first 20 years of my life were like. In fact, I suffered from depression for a decade during my formative years.
In this episode, I share with you what it was like, what happened, and what it's like now. The depression, the suicidal ideations and attempts. How I nearly died and how there were more rock bottoms even after that.
And, most importantly, what happened that led me to turn my life around.
Mentioned in this episode:
-Byron Katie, author of "Loving What Is" and best known for "The Work."
-Viktor Frankl, author of "Man's Search For Meaning".
Speaking of Viktor Frankl, I had a brainfart and didn't articulate his work like I had wanted to. Here's the correction:
In short, he found personal meaning in his imprisonment in the Nazi death camps, and promoted the idea that a "meaningless" life was linked to depression, among other things.

Do you ever feel like you're doing "everything right" but life isn't going the way you'd like? Well, welcome to my world. I used to get frustrated by this (and sometimes still do), but it's been my experience that the Universe (or God, Source, Spirit, Love - whatever you feel most comfortable calling "it") is conspiring to help me live my best life.
And, as I've discovered time and time again, when limiting beliefs hold me back or I deviate from what's most aligned with my soul, the Universe communicates with me in no uncertain terms via my body to get me back on track.
In this first episode, I share with you a story of how this recently played out for me - a story that you may very well relate to. A story about how living in my zone of excellence (a reference from Gay Hendrick's fantastic book "The Big Leap") stopped working for me.
