Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser, a Democratic gubernatorial candidate, led a nationwide war against Big Vape. He spearheads an effort to protect children from the overuse, abuse and harm associated with Tik Tok and other social media giants. He is the former dean of the University of Colorado School of Law and a former Department of Justice attorney who clerked for Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Byron "Whizzer" White. He visits with Wayne about all the above and more.

World-renowned child-welfare advocate Derrick Wilburn, an elected education leader, is the driving force behind the POC (People of Color) Capitol Interns program. He is a former faculty adjunct in the school of business at the University of Phoenix-San Jose. Wilburn wrote three published books, and has been published in the American Thinker, Daily Caller, Townhall, CNS News, and more. Derrick holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the University of San Francisco. He resides in Colorado.
