The connection between the Jewish temple and the Church

In this episode, we discuss the prophecies in scripture that were fulfilled regarding Jesus' ministry, death, and resurrection. The Bible is unlike any other book, as it bases its authenticity and authority on prophecy. We'll explore some of the incredible Old Testament prophecies about Jesus, and how these were fulfilled in the New Testament. From His miraculous birth, life, ministry, death, and resurrection, prophecy played a crucial role in establishing the authenticity of scripture and Christ's divinity and giving believers hope and security in God. We focus on several key prophecies and their fulfillment. We discuss the messenger preparing the way, Jesus' time in the temple as a child, His ministry to the poor and oppressed, His triumphant entry into Jerusalem, His betrayal by a friend, and His crucifixion and resurrection.
