Peoria's proposed $321.8 million budget for the 2024 fiscal year has revenues decreasing 6.2%, while expenses are going up 5.4%. The spending plan represents a sizeable increase from this year, and it includes more $101 million for capital projects. City manager Patrick Urich offers additional details on the initial budget proposal.
