DHH) is the creator of Ruby on Rails, founder and CTO of the project management program Basecamp, and the best-selling co-author of It Doesn't Have to Be Crazy at Work, Rework and Remote: Office Not Required. Besides his profound professional achievements, he also went from not having a driver's license at 25 to winning, at 34, the 24 Hours of Le Mans race, one of the most prestigious automobile races in the world.
