Micro-aggressions are the (usually) unintended insults that people say casually but that often inflict real pain. Natasha Persad conducted a seminar on campus about how to avoid and respond to micro-aggressions. Some people accuse universities of being too sensitive and “politically correct” about language and interactions, but at WestConn we dive right into the controversy. Persad and Paul Steinmetz politely discuss the issue on today’s pod.
