Dean of Students, Dr. Walter Cramer makes sure that all first-year students at Western Connecticut State University learn what it takes to succeed here. First he makes them wear WestConn T-shirts and then march in an opening-day parade. After that, there’s a barbeque, a treasure hunt, and a few seminars on what to expect and how to conduct yourself through senior year.

Bharbara Viegas, back for her final semester as co-host on the pod, discusses her summer vacation, her opinions about Friday classes, and details about a trip to the ice cream parlor with her godson. Oh, and she also provides information about upcoming events on campus. Welcome to the new season of WCSU 411!
