Always feel like what I'm doing is loud in it's message, and it's silent in it's reaction. Am I gonna let it validate me?

The reality of being a giver is that one day you meet your match...and on that day are you ready to receive?

Bringing yourself out of a cycle of low self esteem and wanting better for yourself literally means unlearning learned behaviors...but trust me. It's necessary. 

If I gotta be selfish to truly heal, I'm just gon be selfish. 

I've never told this story...but just know I'm in a different place now. 

Getting work done is one thing, but hurting yourself to get things done is another. We all do it, it's embedded. Toxic Productivity. 

This can be a hard time for some of us, just remember you are never alone <3
