On today's slightly longer than micro episode we chat about help-asking for it, receiving it and the amplification of our actions through it. Also, did you see the video of the guy scrolling his cell phone while standing behind the young woman as she changed a tire...in the rain?! Let's talk about it! We All Win where you are seen, safe & support.
In this episode, I share about creating spaces where you can be seen, safe and supported. I share a little history and ALOT of vulnerability, which is very new for me. If you're anything like me, you're over 40, you've been grinding for years, you have more to do and are also tired of performative spaces.
I'd love to hear your thoughts and let me know if this is a format that works for you. No frills, no fluff, no bra! Hopefully, loads of inspiration and thoughtful discourse. Let me know what you think. Thanks for tuning in! #weallwin
Today we discuss the Princess Tiana hug that tugged on everyone's hearts and, more importantly, healed the inner little Black girl in so many of us who saw the video. Additionally, we discuss some social science about representation.

In this episode I go deep on my 5-year journey of not being able to cry. We discuss The Strong Black Woman trope and thoughts on what we can do about it, internally.

This episode is about coming in dead last and STILL winning. We discuss how winning is defined and I share a TON of resources at the end of the episode, which I also list below.
We All Win does not negate competition, and in a 2-person race for a promotion or anything else your heart may be set on, YOU should win.
I KNOW if it's between me and you I'm rooting for ME, as well all should.
Let's WIN together!

This episode discusses the "We All" in "We All Win". If you are a Sister of a certain age and you are feeling depleted, possibly disgusted, then this space is yours. Each episode will be heavy on inspiration, and then resources, strategy and tactics will be secondary.

This is the mini-reintroduction of the podcast. After a year of BEing and not LEADing, Michelle is back, with this snippet to remind you to take a moment for you! And it can start as simple as going to the bathroom when you need to!
