  • The Space Between Who You Were—and Who You’re Becoming (with Embodiment Coach Anthea Bell)

    Send us a text

What if the control that once kept you safe… is now keeping you small?

In this intimate and powerful conversation, I’m joined by embodiment coach Anthea Bell to explore the shift from perfection to presence, from survival to self-trust, and from control to love.

Anthea supports those she works with in building profound mind-body connection—and beyond that, into transformative self-knowing and embodied empowerment. Tune in to flow with us.

    Together, we unpack:

    • Why it’s safe (and often necessary) to begin before you’re “healed”
    • The trap of control—and how it shows up in work, wellness, and creativity
    • What happens when structure becomes a cage
    • The mind-body connection: chronic patterns, pain, and emotional residue
    • How to meet yourself in the liminal space—when you’ve left the old life behind, but the new one hasn’t fully formed
    • The power of support in showing you what else is possible

This one’s for anyone navigating a personal pivot, unraveling old strategies, or rewriting the story of who they’re here to be.

    You’re not behind.
    You’re just becoming.

Let this episode hold you in the in-between.

  • Kendra Cunov on relational resets, expanding your energetic range, and feeling more human

    Send us a text

In today's episode, I had such a wonderful conversation with Kendra! Kendra is founder of The Collective and The Fierce Grace Incubator. She has been studying, facilitating, and (most importantly) practicing Authentic Relating, Embodiment Practices & Deep Intimacy Work for over twenty years. Kendra has worked with thousands of men, women & couples in the areas of embodiment, intimacy, communication & full self-expression. She co-founded Authentic World, as well as The Embodied Relationship & Intimacy Training Salon, and pioneered some of the most cutting edge relation work on the planet. She works with organizations & leaders, as well as men, women & couples, who know that presence, truth, connection & integrity are our truest access points to success - in business & in love.

She is launching an upcoming offering called Embodied Wholeness. The first class is Feb 7 and the series will be ongoing. People can drop in or sign up for a series of 4 at a time - These classes are for all genders, ages, identities and physical abilities.

In today's episode, we start our conversation chatting through relational resets and the no man diet. We go into some practical examples of this in everyday relating and then switch over to feelings of safety and moving through your healing processes slowly through the concept of titration. Afterward, we flow with the topic of energetic range and what it's like to feel into the wholeness of our experiences. We close by talking through and getting curious about what might it be like if we actually allowed ourselves to be and feel fulfilled?

  • Body Art and Creative Empowerment: Annie Rees on Unlocking Self Expression

    Send us a text

Imagine an unexpected journey beginning in Costa Rica, where the absence of a canvas sparked an entirely new form of creative expression for Annie. What started as a spontaneous moment of painting a friend soon became something deeper—

Join us in this episode as Annie Rees invites us into the playful and transformative world of body art, illustrating how it serves as a pathway to emotional healing and self-discovery. This conversation reveals how body art allows women to reconnect with their inner selves in an intuitive, non-judgmental way, embrace creativity as a tool for personal growth, and soften into the art of receiving—allowing inspiration, expression, and transformation to flow naturally.

In this episode, we dive into:
✨ The powerful connection between creativity and self-development—especially for women on a journey of self-discovery
✨ The joy of creating for personal fulfillment, free from the weight of external validation
✨ The reality of balancing art with life’s demands—and why maintaining a part-time job can actually help artists stay creatively free
✨ How letting go of societal expectations unlocks deeper authenticity and transformation

This episode isn’t just a conversation about art—it’s about the profound relationship between creativity, healing, and self-acceptance. Annie’s work illustrates that when we release the need for perfection and embrace artistic expression as liberation, we unlock a creative power that transforms not just our art, but the way we move through life.
