Inspired and want to start a podcast of your own? Do it already! Get your voice out there! I started mine using voice memos on my iphone, recording when the kids were elsewhere while sitting in my closet (ha). If I can do it, anyone can. I researched and found the perfect hosting site that provides continued support (as an Enneagram 6, I love support), educational webinars, tech support, and even custom mastering of your digital file if you choose. Ask me ALL your questions if you want to get started. If you're ready, click on this link (I'm a Buzzsprout affiliate):

I had the absolute honor of talking with a once acquaintance and now friend, Alison Calvert. She speaks with incredible courage that allowed her to walk through adversity and turn her life around, with God's help. Turn it around she has, as she has created a successful jewelry business that gives back to those resources that helped her through a trying time. Alison uses her training and experience with hardship to provide the listeners with practical coping tips that gets her through hard times and now quarantine, which will be helpful to us all. Join us to hear this amazing story of faith.

In the podcast's second interview episode, I speak to Charlotte who has been an incredible friend and encourager to me. She is an Enneagram 9. I wanted to talk about finding inner peace in a chaotic world and who better, but a Peacemaker. Charlotte exudes joy and peacefulness in her approach to life and you will hear how she manages to hang onto that. We talk about many things and dive heavy into finding your Enneagram type. We discuss the challenges that life brings in terms of motherhood, work, and relationships and give our tips on how to find peace and balance.

In the podcast's first interview episode, I speak to Judi who is an extremely emotionally intelligent Enneagram 2. She brings her unique perspective on how to know what others need and how to help fulfill those needs. Her empathic qualities are just what this Enneagram 5 needed to hear! I am forever grateful that she held space for me today so that we might help others together. Come listen and learn how we can experience joy from the human connection.
Being aware that you are doing things is the first step in making changes. In this episode, I share some of my latest a-ha moments and personal coping that gets me through the day. I touch on the cycle of negativity and complaint, anxiety, and vulnerability.
