Hey Family!

This is Clint, just giving you a short update into the workings of The Behavior Chef Podcast. We will NOT have a new episode at the end of October because my wife and I are going to Dublin, Ireland for some R and R! But, I did want to let you know about the exciting things we have coming up. I have had the absolute pleasure of interviewing Dr. Steven Hayes about his new book "A Liberated Mind" and discussing ACT and Nutrition. That episode will drop early in November.
