We Are Live! with Chris Denman

Tommy "The Intern" Moslander III joins in studio for a special #Traview of Matt Carpenter's cereal... and salsa... together. The segment surprises as the guys actually enjoy the combo. After the madness settles down, Tommy shares with us that he was granted a "wish" by the Make a Wish Foundation when he was six and having serious heart issues. SPOILER ALERT: Tommy didn't hold up his end of the deal, but still got a Jurassic Park experience... One of the better stories we've ever had told.

The fellas kick things off discussing several points of interest, namely... the big announcement friend of the show, Yale Hollander has leaked to us. Comedy on THE LOOP TROLLEY! Several key points are combed over, and Travis even gets a surprise. Doyle Murphy joins at Mid Coast Studio to discuss his new position of Editor at The Riverfront Times. Doyle breaks down some difficulties and updates us on a few past stories. We close out the hour attempting to figure out Steve Stenger's video game of choice.

Chris Davis of KSDK is in studio for his third appearance on the show! Chris recently visited Tanzania and has the stories, photos, and beer review to prove it. Eventually we pepper in more Gardner 40th birthday discussion, Asian Carp invasions, and of course STL news stories Chris covers for the NBC affiliate here locally.

Its Gardner's 40th birthday! We discuss the perils a man of his stature has faced in 4 decades on planet earth. We jump into his special bday playlist, how he's avoided bears to this point, and should he feel bad about being 40 and super excited about a scooter?

The second hour has us discussing a myriad of things like Gardner's scooter choices, political fixes, and guess what... Chris is called "right" by Travis.

The guys dive into mushrooms, weekends, and LSD. Standard fair for a Monday on WAL.

Sam Lyons is in studio and things get weird when he tells Travis he's "the new black guy" on the show. The guys have some fun playing "Recasting Call", as they replace the cast of "Goodfellas" with comedians. The show ends with a double dip of "Make it Racist" as Sam and Travis fire it up for a melanin infused finale.

Welp, it could go no other way.... In Trav's scheduled return from NYC, he finds himself making his way into the studio a tad late. The fellas hear about his time in NYC working with Sesame Street. The hour concludes with lots of laughs and a "Traview" of NYC.
