Derontae was found dead with gunshot wounds in James Wades attic. During interviews done with the home owner James Wade, Confederate flags hung visibly for news cameras. Also this was not the 1st time someone was found dead at Mr Wades home... This is the 2nd suspicious death in his home and the 3rd suspicious death in the neighborhood recently.

Two deaths were ruled as suicide at James Wade's house in Fredericktown, Missouri

Derontae Martin, 19 years old.

1st pathology report submitted by Dr. Deidiker The cause of death was ruled a "suicide." Derontae died at the house of James Wade from a gunshot to the head. James Wade called 911 and stated Derontae was upset about something and shot himself in his attic. Martin's family obtained a second autopsy. The cause of death was overturned by a jury and ruled "death by violence." Derontae and Mikayla Jones were high school classmates in Park Hills and friends. They also died weeks apart in May 2021 under strange circumstances in Washington and Madison County, Missouri.

Derontae Martin's family found it strange that he was right-handed, and his right hand was in a full cast, but the bullet went through his left temple. Many things about his death did not add up. They obtained a second autopsy.

The second autopsy performed by Dr. Turner determined the gun had been fired from too far away to have been self-inflicted.

The Dr.'s findings in the Derontae Martin's case ended in an inquest hearing in which the determination of suicide was overturned. The "cause of death" was changed from "suicide" to "death by violence."

Derontae Martin's family is still waiting for someone from the Madison County Sherriff's Department to move forward with charges for his murder. Since the jury ruled to change the cause of death to "death by violence," nothing has progressed or changed in his case.

The local pathologist's "cause of death" ruling has already been found inaccurate in three cases in the last few months. His name is Dr. Deidiker, and he's covered Missouri and Illinois and over 28 counties for more than 25 years. Recently, his rulings were challenged and found to be inaccurate in three different cases.

Moms whose children are missing and murdered in Madison and Washington County came together on Facebook and realized their children were with some of the same people or had similar suspicious circumstances when they died or went missing.

Family members of the deceased claimed his findings did not add up. Three families requested an outside autopsy for a second opinion. All three times, the results of the outside autopsy challenged his results.

(WSVN) - Hollywood Police have arrested a 14-year-old suspect connected to at least one sexual assault. Terry Berger Smith was arrested just after midnight on Monday and appeared in Juvenile Court on Tuesday. Later that day another victim came forward to say she was nearly victimized by the same teen. Officials said the initial incident happened in the 300 block of South Park Road at around 4 a.m., on June 10. “There was a woman walking to work at around 4 a.m.,” said Hollywood Police Officer Christian Lata “and at 4 a.m. she was violently sexually assaulted and battered by the offender.” 

The incident occurred several feet away from the police station. “Because of the severity of the crime, we wanted to get his picture out there,” said Lata. “We wanted the community to know, we wanted women in the area to be vigilant of their surroundings, and it worked.” “Last night, just before midnight, our Hollywood Police detectives and our SWAT team members, they served an arrest warrant in the 700 block of South Park Road,” said Hollywood Police spokesperson Deanna Bettineschi, “and they took the 14-year-old suspect into custody.” A second woman came forward Tuesday afternoon to say she was nearly a victim of the 14-year-old. “I was going up my stairs, and all of a sudden, I felt someone come up from behind me,” said the woman in black. “I turned around to take a look, ’cause you know, you feel when someone is coming up from behind you. As soon as I turned around and I look, this man grabbed me from behind in a choke hold, and I managed to elbow him, kick him and scream as loud as I can, and he obviously got scared and ran away. Thankfully, he wasn’t able to harm me further than that.” That attack occurred on May 27, and she lives in the same apartment complex as the teen. “I have the police report here. I filed it, so I was the first one who came forward,” she said, “and then two weeks later, I guess he saw things kind of die down. He got the opportunity to strike again.” Police said the community coming together and providing a clear photo of the suspect, taken by surveillance footage the night of the assault, helped detectives capture the suspect. “We’re all happy and thankful that they did catch the guy, because now, we can have some kind of reassurance,” said Maria Solerdubreuil, who lives in the area. Solerdubreuil said the last few days in the neighborhood have been tense. “We’ve been very uneasy, you know, in the neighborhood because you’re seeing cops here, not just one car, there’s like 10 cars here,” she said. “We heard what happened to the woman.” Investigators originally thought the suspect was an older man. Detectives flooded the neighborhood asking questions and worked around the clock until an arrest was made. Other neighbors saw the aftermath of the attack. “Like, 12 police just in the industrial park, just there, surveillance in the area,” one woman said. “We heard that he was in his 20s, but to find out — 20s is still young — but to find out 14, that’s just really sad,” said Solerdubreuil. The state has requested a 21-day detention and said they are reviewing the case to determine if Smith will be tried in an adult court, along with having no contact with the victim and her family. “I know that other charges might be forthcoming,” said Lata. “Someone is so crazy enough to do this in front of a police station, what else are they going to do?” Smith’s next court date is on June 27. That is when they will announce if he will be tried as an adult. This investigation is ongoing. ANNE HECHE - NEW VIDEO SHOWS SHE ALMOST HIT WOMAN, Before Crashing Into House  Anne Heche clearly didn't care about the safety of others as she flew through neighborhood streets and alleyways -- at one point almost striking a woman -- before barreling through a home.  

TMZ obtained new surveillance video showing Anne's blue Mini Cooper driving erratically in Mar Vista Friday. At one point, she almost hits a woman walking on the sidewalk, seemingly not even touching her brakes or swerving to avoid the possible collision. TMZ was advised thatbshortly after missing the woman, Anne struck another vehicle, a Jaguar, and then took off. Luckily, the driver of the Jaguar was not injured.   

Anne drove through a home Friday, igniting a massive blaze. No one was killed in the crash, and Anne was hospitalized with severe burns. Prior to crashing into the house, we got footage of Anne after she'd crashed into a nearby garage -- she left that scene and then drove into the home.  Fox 11 Cops have obtained a warrant for a sample of Anne's blood. Our law enforcement sources say investigators believe she was under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol at the time of the wreck.

Also a podcast that Anne has been running has been mysteriously removed from online streaming sites.

25-year-old pizza delivery guy and HERO Nick Bostic rivals any Marvel superhero! Nick ran into a burning house and saved the lives of 5 kids, risking his own life and suffering serious injuries in the process.  

Nicholas Bostic was driving along a street in Lafayette, Indiana last week just after midnight, when he saw a house fully engulfed in flames. There were no fire trucks or other emergency vehicles in sight, so Nicholas decided to act. he ran into the burning house and began yelling to see if anyone was still inside.  He heard nothing, but still felt there may be people trapped, so he walked through the house which was filled with choking smoke and made his way upstairs, where he found 4 kids ... they ranged in age from 1 to 18. They were sleeping, and Nicholas woke them and they ran to safety.

Once they were all outside, one of the kids told Nicholas there was a 6-year-old child still inside the house. Nicholas ran back inside, but he had no idea where the child was! He screamed for the child as he meandered his way through the burning home, even looking under beds.  He made his way upstairs, but then heard a child crying in the downstairs area. Smoke was everywhere and it felt like an oven. Nicholas couldn't see but he wrapped his shirt around his mouth and took the plunge downstairs, where he located the child.  

Nicholas scooped up the little girl in the blinding black smoke and looked for the door but he couldn't see it. So, he ran back upstairs with the child and jumped from the second-floor window, making sure he landed on his side so the child was protected from impact. The child incredibly was unharmed. Nicholas, however, suffered severe smoke inhalation and, according to cops, "gravely cut his right arm."  You see in the video EMTs use a tourniquet to stop the bleeding. He was flown to a hospital where he was treated.
