Our avid listeners know that Cadacia is an educator and it is something she is truly passionate about (as she’s mentioned several times). Her current job assignment has prompted her question the institution of education in America and also specifically in NYC. As a result, she decided to open up a conversation with Monique and former guest Mark (previously featured in episode 21) who provides some perspective from working within higher education.
