We Love to Watch

Evil Dead Month tackles a movie named, well what do you know, Evil Dead!

This time we drop the "the" and add Jane Levy, for a remake that was destined to fail, and instead became a fun horror movie in its own right.

(And the TV series we thought Jane Levy was in is called Suburgatory, not Suburbia)

Next week, we're joined by Peter's brother Charlie for Evil Dead II: Dead by Dawn!

Spooktober is in full swing, so we've got a special episode to let you know how Aaron, Pete, and Bill are doing.

For 2020, we've have frequent guest Bill, a man who knows nothing of horror movies, looked in here with us as we force him to watch 31 new-to-him spooky movies throughout the month. Join us for our kickoff, as we share our lists and setup what we're watching this month.

Our watchlists can be found here:

Spooktober 2020 is here, ghosts and ghouls, and THE EVIL DEAD are here to keep us company. This month, we’re running the entire cinematic Evil Dead series, from the concept short WITHIN THE WOODS, through the original Raimi series, to the remake, and then capping the month off with the ASH VS EVIL DEAD tv show as our Spooktober Spooktacular.

You can find us on Patreon! We could also use a review or two on iTunes.

Happy Spooktober 2020! This year, the watchboys are devoting entire episodes to our insatiable desire to watch an unhealthy amount of horror movies during the holy month of Spooktober!

After the antics of that techno darin' Aaron, Pete decided to shake up some spookery in some pre-Spooktober fun with CHANNEL ZERO, season one.

You can find us on Patreon if you care to support us.

It's another episode of the We Love to Watch side-cast, Don't You Dare! On this episode, Aaron makes Pete listen to a bunch of the 90s techno music he listened to in junior high and high school.

It's a trip down memory lane as we gyrate, rave, and pump our fists to Lords of Acid, The Prodigy, the Chemical Brothers, and all your techno big beat favorites.

This week, Bill joins us to talk Nicholas Meyer's Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. Kirk's on trial for breaking space law, and the rest of the crew have to clear his name.

You can find us on Spotify, iTunes, and now, Patreon!

Pete dares Aaron to listen to an album near & dear to him, Damien Jurado and Richard Swift's covers album "Other People's Songs."

Start Trek is back! We're joined by guest Zach Grooten as we cover the least liked movie with the original cast.

We're also covering the TOS episode "The Squire of Gothos," so join us to learn what being a god means to Kirk and the Enterprise crew.

SUMMER of SCREAMMAKES comes to an end with the end of man. Philip Kaufman’s remake of INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS brought the fear of alienation in your own society to the modern day, and it feels as vibrant as ever.

We’re joined by Morgan Runice. ever lovable scamp.
