We Love to Watch

For our DID WE DOC UP? month we decided to re-release JESUS CAMP from our Summer Camp series a few years ago. Don't worry, you'll still get 4 episodes (2 of which are long ones!) this month, alongside RELIGULOUS, BOWLING FOR COLUMBINE/FAHRENHEIT 9/11, and INCONVENIENT TRUTH. We promise it's more fun than it sounds.

Morgan Spurlock's SUPER SIZE ME helped Americans re-think how their food is treating them - but what did it do to get there? We're joined by Luddite Robot himself Rick Kelley!

Rick has a piece coming to The Spool later this month. Read his other Spool pieces below:

As well, here's his fantastic site:

It's our 200th Episode! And because we said back on our first episode, Flash Gordon, that if we ever got to 200 episodes, we would do Flesh Gordon, we stupidly decided to stick to it!

Hope you're excited to learn about our history with porn, and porn ads, and how much we don't like this movie.

Putting up with us, is Luana Saitta, who you should check out on her podcast, Monster Island Commentaries: https://www.patreon.com/micommentaries

March Maxness comes to a halt with MAD MAX: FURY ROAD, arguably the greatest film of all time. We're joined by Joseph Finn.

Who runs We Love to Watch?

March Maxness runs We Love to Watch!

And it's ordered us to cover the third entry, Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, with special guest, Dr. Amanda Lett.

Next week, we wrap it up with the best movie ever, Fury Road!

The Road Warrior. The movie that rewrote how we view our bleak future.

We're furious about it being a new month, but we've got nothing on our boy, Max.

This dude...he's unhappy to say the least, and so we're kicking off March Maxness with the one and only, Mad Max!

We're joined by prodigal sons, Dustin and Adam Koski! Join us next week for Mad Max 2: The Road Warriori!

We're wrapping up Groundhog Day Month with a double feature of two recent time loop horror comedy movies, Happy Death Day and Happy Death 2U.

Spoiler! Both of these movies rule, as does our returning guest, Carrie Amanda!

Next week, it's a new month as we start going through March Maxness!

Rise and shine, campers! Better grab a coat because it's a new month, Groundhog Day February, and it's cold out there!

We're kicking off with the movie that started it all (in that everything else we're covering is heavily indebted to this movie...in an almost legally actionable way)! Oh and I think it's finally a new day, since these are our final thoughts.

GROUNDHOG DAY month takes a turn for the horrifying with Christopher Smith's TRIANGLE. This one is far more complicated than a simple daily-reset thriller like the rest this month, but we think it's appropriate to the themes we've been playing with all month, of self-betterment.
