WPI has a new studio, traveling, family, job offers, assignments, new schedules, new opportunities, growing, and so much more. Happy Born Day, Bash! 6 is the dopest number! So let's just start off by writing this. No one will probably ever see this truly brilliant and blessed episode of BK and AY doing their thang like no one's bizness. They laid it out perfectly for highlighting and gassing up the year's 1993 and 1994 in hip hop/rap. Brutal honest stories and reflections and sentiments and flash backs and relatable forwards.... The entire recipe cooked so well in this episode but unfortunately the powers that be are like HELL NO!!!  No one can see this. Copy rights... WTF?!? Adui Yako and BK ain't ever tried to steal from no one or take anyone else's shine as or for their own. That's not the way big business sees it. WPI had been warned of the no play zone they entered with some of the selections they chose to share. And if these songs were played then a strict no question no see zone would immediately be implemented. And so it stands just as that right now.

It's so bad that we don't even want to write the names of the songs or the groups that were played because that to might be for whatever reason a problem or some broken law/rule. Ridiculous but a potential fact. We Play It shares greatness for great reasons. The people and music that are played are seen only in the highest respect at WPI. WPI gives flowers to those they play and for some reason this is not being understood nor cared about by the powers to be. 1993 and 1994, you were the epitome of rap music and the standard set without ever being truly defined or needed to be. You turned young men into proud soldiers literally. You kicked open a door no one saw, no one believed should be there, and no one thought anyone else would walk through, but we all know now that was definitely not the case. Everyone is inside the room of rap now because of that door. Everyone!

So many more that we played and that we didn't play. Thank you! Thank you for cementing hip hop and paving a way for all of us to build endless paths to wherever one may want or need to go. Fly shit is always the real shit and real shit stays Golden... #BARZ

This is nothing more than pathetic destruction at the costs of senseless ideas that prove the value of life to be even less than the value of the dollar. They lived not as long as they could and should have, Humans! Here Here! WPI for total new world odor.... Seeing and hearing hasn't changed, maybe they can make all this shit at least smell better. In this episode of We Play IT, BK (The Tyrannosaurus Steak Eat'n, The Bridge Between The Gap and The Divide, The Romantic Heart Stabber With Kindness, & The Centerfold of Non-Wrinkled Soft Corn) and Adui Yako (AY The Wide Nose Bandit) get in late and on time all in one move. For starters, it's a new year!!!! 2023!!! Year 3 for the dynamic duo of ear and foot tap'n ability. How they do it we simply don't know. Why they do it is an entirely different story altogether but no need to write it here. Just go and listen to them. This episode is actually ep.92 but our previous attempt at recording it was a failure. Well, not a failure, we just had some technical issues that needed to be sorted out. Instead of scrapping the entire episode, AY decided to do another version of the ep. 92 which was titled 21 becuz he was 21 in 1992. So now we have (21 AGAIN!!!)... Not really episode by numbers 92 at all and AY wants to apologize to BK for this becuz BK supposedly has and keeps all the episodes chronologically in order from 1 all the way up to this one. In rare times it's sometimes a good idea to stop and digress for a moment. Take heed and notice of the not so obvious as well as the obvious with a detailed look at/over. Make that mental note. Jot down the special and stand outs on lines imaginarily written on your frontal lobe. These are the items that will be KIPENGELE. Cap and gown on right. The theme should always be on point. 1989 what a time. The party of all parties was thrown and went to. The playlist was a soundtrack that still resonates perfectly today. Best friends, parents are out of town, cold kegs, the hook up for the hard liquor was a success, and everything that could go down did go down and then some. There's so much to say.  The same things keep being said.  Loops and recycled and time after time and again and again.  There's absolutely nothing left to say.  All of these moments, periods, and times in this existence seem so new at the present but history shows none of it is new and the only thing known of the future is we will ultimately repeat the past.  Hilarious we are we humans.  So importantly unimportant.  Even in this useless written rhetoric some times out of nowhere for no apparent reason an old new emerges and what was will never be again and what will be is something no one can predict and for the most part understand until quite a bit of time later.  88 serves this as fact and very true.  In 88 a slightly new building block was formed and through its development life and the world as it was known prior to would ultimately be something different moving forward.  YOU GONNA GET YOURZ!  WPI is just letting you know ahead of time back before when it was already.... 😊  Enjoy!   

In this episode of We Play It BK (The Coldest Dun Datta, The Sweetest Sade Remix Slide In Creator, & The Classic 1 Time 80's Cut Throat W/A Butter Knife Champion) and Adui Yako (AY The Wide Nose Bandit) let loose in a time of times in era of a kind like none other and they peel off what it was really like to hear some of the illest hip hop in the year of 1988.  Terminator X, Mc Shan, Marley Marl, DJ K-ROCK, DJ Aladdin, and the list can literally go on and on.....  Heavy weights, true big shot, and shot callers--- the game was wide open and a slew of greats stepped in to play.  Imagine rap music prior to 88.  It was pretty clear and defining most of it was not very hard to do.  Imagine nothing that was created in 1988 as far as rap music goes and tell me what would rap/hip hop sound like?  You can't do it.  It's impossible.  It's like asking what if Jimi Hendrix never played his guitar and what would rock music ultimately sound like or what if Coltrane never played the sax?  It's other-like dimensional.  Angle-less and without walls so no room to even build off of or into.  So we won't and thank whatever or whomever we don't have to worry about any of those scenarios.  1988 WE ALL GOT OURZ whether one knew it or not.  Salute!  All the trax played were snip bits from arguably the greatest year in hip hop.  PE, KRS-1, NWA, BIZ MARKIE, ERIC B and RAHKIM, JUNGLE BROTHERS, BIG DADDY KANE, MC LYTE, SLICK RICK, EPMD, ICE-T, RUN DMC, and a plethora of other musical hip hop geniuses during this ridiculous year of music for rap.  The actual boundary lines of what rap/hip hop music could be and do and where it could go and who could listen to it and who could rep it or share it or whatever was officially erased in 1988.  Real Shit!  Nothing would be the same ever again...
