  • The Other Other Guys

A little over 10 years later and The Other Other Guys have finally come back together to record some seriously compelling new music. We got a chance to sit with the duo for a full length interview. Made up of Jeremy and Colby, these two incredibly talented musicians are on a mission to get their music heard by the world. With a collection of six songs released over the past few months, and a couple more on the way, everything they’ve put out so far has been golden. Luckily for us though, we got to sit and speak with the duo to get all the finer details on what’s been going on and what’s to come in the New Year.

  • Brendan Lane (Returns!)

Storming back on an all new single called “Lover Lover”, it was only right we had Brendan Lane back on for a tell all interview surrounding its release. Don’t miss it! If you happen to be out of the loop on the music of Brendan Lane, well, you’ve discovered him at the perfect time. With so many solid releases coming this year and a ton primed for next, his latest endeavour is a heavier track called “Lover Lover” that deals with some complex themes. Getting to hear all about it from Brendan was a total treat and we confidently think you’re going to love this song as soon as you hear it.

  • The Louisiana Project

Getting the band back together was the best thing The Louisiana Project could’ve done! We got the opportunity to speak with JJ Eaton all about the band’s latest EP, When My Time Comes. Made up of five longtime friends who ultimately decided it’s better late than never to make new music, we’re absolutely thrilled they did, because When My Time Comes was a fantastic listen. Made up of JJ Eaton (Guitar/Vocals), Mike Mcquaid (Drums), James Myers IV (Drums), Jake Kubin (Guitar), and Rob Hatten (Bass), The Louisiana Project are a group that are spread all over the United States. Luckily for us, we spoke with frontman JJ Eaton for a tell all discussion on the band’s newest release.

  • MR.Slade

Treating old and new fans to a fantastic and inventive cover of Blondie’s “Call Me” is none other than MR.Slade himself. Luckily for us, we got the opportunity to sit and speak with the artist for an in-depth interview surrounding the release.  Departing from his originals for just a moment, MR.Slade put together a seriously compelling version of Blondie’s “Call Me” that actually breathed a new life into a classic. Taking elements of 70’s glam rock, 80’s hair metal, and a little disco thrown in there for good measure, this is our preferred style of cover that doesn’t completely mirror the original. Even better, getting to hear about it from this musician that we’ve been covering for a while was the cherry on top.

  • Brandon Bing

Bringing the classic back to country, Brandon Bing has just released his newest song “Faraway Soldier”. It was only right that we brought on the artist for a full and in-depth interview. Originally from Port Orange, Florida, Brandon Bing is bringing a much needed grittiness and pureness to the country genre that needs it all the most. Having already released some impeccable EP’s over the last couple years, he’s gifted fans an all new single titled “Faraway Soldier” that could potentially be labeled his most meaningful song yet. If this is your introduction to his music, you’re in for a serious treat.

  • Abi Mia

With seemingly endless hits out for Abi Mia in 2021, it was only right we brought her on for a full interview to talk about her super consistent year in music. Filled with so much love and passion, Abi Mia’s empowered brand of pop music is exactly what the genre and ultimately the world needed. Using her striking vocals and picture perfect lyricism, Abi has already shown us there isn’t much that she can’t accomplish. With her newest disco funk anthem “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop” on the horizon for a release, getting to speak with this artist about future songs and everything in the past was a total joy.

  • Art and the Resistance

Fresh off the release of their newest single “The Fonk”, we got the opportunity to sit and speak with John Calanchini of Art and the Resistance. For those out of the loop, Art and the Resistance are a California-based band that describe their eclectic sound as PolyRock. Made up of keyboardist John Calanchini, fiery drummer Jeremy Bridgman, and forceful bassist Gilbert Machuca (Art's brother), they’ve created a special new sound that legitimately sounds like nothing we’ve heard. If it’s your first introduction to their music as a whole, you’re in for a serious treat.

  • Alexa Laine

On just her second ever single titled “see me”, Alexa Laine is turning heads and making waves within the music scene. That’s exactly the reason we brought her on for an in-depth interview to talk all about it! Currently based out of Atlanta, Georgia, Alexa Laine is an indie pop artist that’s truly taken us by storm with her newest song, “see me”. Taking the listener on an atmospheric ride flushed with dreamy synthesizer melodies, wavy beats, and emotions running at a high, Alexa has shown her best musical abilities wrapped up in one track. Getting to speak with her on the background of the song and everything else was an absolute joy as well, you’re not going to want to miss this one.

  • Donovan Keith

Having just released an EP called First Time that has reinvigorated our love for everything funk and soul, it was only right we brought on Donovan Keith for an in-depth interview surrounding the record. Currently based out of Austin, Texas, Donovan Keith has managed to create something incredibly special on his EP First Time. Effortlessly blending together his signature style of soul, funk, rock, and of course his vintage-sounding vocals, it didn’t take long for us to fall head over heels in love with the record. Of course getting to hear about it from the man himself was a total treat, so not only do we recommend checking out the EP, but the conversation as well.

  • ïnski

When an EP gets released and it’s as great as this is, it 100% deserves to be talked about. That’s exactly why we brought on the artist who goes as ïnski for an in-depth conversation surrounding Belated. For those somehow out of the loop, ïnski is the moniker of Denver-based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Brandon Jay. On his debut EP titled Belated, this artist’s aim is to take existing and soon to be new listeners on an emotional listening experience that details his personal journey through the last crazy year of our collective lives. Without a doubt, we can’t wait for you to listen, but more importantly this is a conversation you’re not going to want to miss.
